Terms of use

1. The service
Naura is an app provided by Naura S.a.s. that helps people with epilepsy ask for help, keep a diary and alert the people they trust, and helps those people be there when needed.
2. Naura is not a medical device
Naura is a support tool and doesn't replace your doctor, your treatment or emergency services. In an emergency always contact emergency services. The wellbeing index is experimental. We cannot guarantee that an alert always gets through: it depends on network, battery, permissions and phone settings. For questions about your treatment, ask your doctor.
3. Your account
Use real details and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for what happens with your account. Under 14, the account must be created and managed by a parent or guardian.
4. Fair use
Don't trigger false alerts on purpose, only invite people who agree, and don't use Naura to harass or monitor others. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Free version and ads
The free version shows non-personalised ads, never during an alert.
6. Liability
We do our best to keep Naura working well, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damage caused by malfunctions, delays or misuse. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
7. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings: data is erased as explained in the privacy notice.
8. Governing law
Italian law applies. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.
